Registration fees will include: Conference proceedings, attendance at all scientific sessions, technical tour, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, welcome party and farewell party.
Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the advance period.
Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address.
Refund Policy:
- Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 100 USD if the refund request is received in writing by 31th July, 2017. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
- There will be no refund to the author registrants.
